Update on my two year quest.
1. Blog as often as I can. I am running at around 96% blogging (days to blogs)
2. Walk as often as I can (knees and toes won’t take running as much anymore) averaging a little over a mile walked a day
3. Lose weight (down 30 – 30 more to go)
The funny thing about goals is that once you start towards them, they become more of a force than a goal.
Allergies are really killing me this year anyone else? Maybe its that I walk outside at least 3/4 times a week now and its worse only because I am outside more than I had been in years past.
Last but not least I am not sleeping as well as I have been.
Time to get to work!
